A different David Epstein

[edit]

Several anonymous IP editors have attempted to add information about the recently-disgraced Columbia University political science professor David Epstein to this article. I believe the recent news stories refer to David Lester Epstein [1] (someone we do not have an article about, and I would suggest not adding one at this point per WP:NOTSCANDAL). So they have no relevance to the non-Columbia law professor David G. Epstein and should not be added to this article. It's a common enough name that these people seem likely to me to be completely unrelated or only distantly related. —David Eppstein (talk) 07:52, 16 December 2010 (UTC) (Note the variant spelling; I'm also not the one in the news, although I am a Columbia alum.)[reply]

Thank you for this clarification, David Eppstein . I came here also looking for the other David Epstein and was puzzled. Zezen (talk) 08:54, 17 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I could not find any copy of the archive. The only working link I found is Experts on Politics and the Global Economy Available for Comment on Financial Crisis Zezen (talk) 08:56, 17 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
