Early Dendroarchaeology and Dendroclimatology

Hello Wikipedians,

I have included information on early applications of dedroarchaeology in the history. Additionally, I added a new section touching on climate's impact on dendroarchaeology. Each addition references dendrochronology founder A.E. Douglass. Climate was a driving factor for tree-ring dating experimentation. Today archaeology uses tree-ring dating for understanding prehistoric climates.
