It's a fan film, and thus isn't technically copyrighted as I understand it. As such, I can tell you that there is a decent copy on AsianDVDClub and Pirate Bay. There's a pretty rough cut on youtube, and a set of the original VHS tapes recently sold for $215 on eBay (I was the seller). It's not translated, but subtitles are very desired...
