this page appears to be mainly in spanish. yet is on en.wikipedia it should either be moved to es.wikipedia or translated! Dasy2k1 (talk) 19:50, 4 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This articel needs to a major review, the source from Jernbaneverket state that EBICAB is a telegram format that is used by ATC-systems. The older edits in the artciale assumes that EBICAB is the system. A real mess. Dala11a (talk) 07:00, 14 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If anyone knows of some English-language resources on EBICAB and ATC, I'd be happy to write up a better article. I've found some technical handbooks in Swedish on Banverket's site (Search for "BVH 544" on http://ida2004.banverket.se/bvdok_extern), but alas my grasp of that language is extremely poor.
