I do not think that this is a legitimate game. Solely on the fact that the "parter" only guesses once. Whereas, if you want to agree on a label for an image, people constantly crank out guesses, based on what they think the other person might guess. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 142.179.253.87 (talkcontribs) 09:18, 28 July 2007

This is quite possibly true, but it doesn't stop it from being a "game". --McGeddon 10:01, 31 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, this is not true. It says that the partner "has entered a guess". This doesn't stop it from being more than one guess. There is a single player version of the game though, if no one else is there. In that case a previously recorded game is run. In other words, you ARE playing with someone, just not at the same time. The creator makes quite an intresting speech about it at Google Video. --Erfa 18:49, 30 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

About the license of the acquired data, I found this text: "Carnegie Mellon University claims ownership of Content you submit or make available for inclusion on the Service, including all words you type into the game." at GWAP Terms of Service. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.18.70.226 (talk) 14:33, 10 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
