Status as a blizzard

[edit]

It is pretty clear that the storm was a blizzard. There were blizzard warnings issued, and observations confirm that blizzard conditions were met. Thus, it was a blizzard. The source used to question if it was a blizzard even states, "Meteorological data revealed that in many spots across the region, blizzard conditions were reached: three straight hours of blowing or falling snow that reduced visibility to less than a quarter of a mile and winds that frequently gusted to 35 miles per hour or more." The NWS considers it a blizzard; they are the only agency who gives the official American definition for blizzard; it was a blizzard. Inks.LWC (talk) 03:57, 17 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Looks like a duck to me. As long as you source it in the article, it will be fine. Like that template! Thegreatdr (talk) 14:15, 25 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

POV-section tag at Name section

[edit]

Please do not remove this tag, unless one plans on fixing the problem. The problem is simple. The section states that the name “Winter Storm Nemo” was not used by a couple of organizations. However, it does not mention at all that many other organizations did use the term. Until this caveat is added in, the section is simply not neutral.
