I'm strongly considering merging this with CAC as there's just not enough to say about it by itself, and most people have never heard of the EDIPI in either the long form or the acronym. They just know about it as "the CAC number" and if they're searching for more information, they'll be reading through CAC, not here. Mugaliens 15:35, 4 September 2006 (UTC)
