WAM (Emirates News Agency)Emirates News Agency – We usually don't combine acronym and full name in article titles, so suggested titles would include Emirates News Agency or WAM (news agency). Per WP:NATURALDIS, common usage and the agency's self-presentation, the former seems preferable, while the acronym should of course remain at a prominent place in the article lead.
