This article is in good shape. I have a few comments:

Allies of WWII is duplinked in the lead
in the lead, suggest linking to Mandate for Syria and the Lebanon rather than Syria, and drop the later link
the body says deep load, the infobox says full load, suggest consistency
the AA armament was 138.6 mm? says 37 mm in the infobox
funnels (ship) is duplinked
Tartu is duplinked
link Vado Ligure
1600→1,600
perhaps use (FHM) when it is first introduced?
"and the British destroyers HMS Jervis"
- HMS is introduced as the prefix for British ships earlier.
