Racial Exclusive ???

The area was sold as racially exclusive- came to this post looking for a source to cite and see it is ignored here... please share if you have those documents at hand. Cant't recall where all that info is- maybe State Archives. Think you had to get over to MonringGlory before the restrictions were lifted. all help is appreciated.
