wtf?
[edit]It was in the Second Chechen War for, I don't know, YEARS, but now, when I do "split this article into smaller, more specific articles", it's suddenly ZOMG DELETE? --HanzoHattori 06:29, 17 March 2007 (UTC)
It's not important enough to write a separate article about DarthJesus 03:14, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
Oh really? I thought it was important enough to have multiple articles in both Russian and foreign press, and important enough to put both the MVD general in charge of Moscow region and the MVD commander of Chechnya (Boris Fadeyev, Mikhail Levchenko) on trial. Yeah, nothing to see here (sure, it's just a bunch of dead Russians, but why we even have a "friendly fire incidents"[1] category?). You are trying too hard. --HanzoHattori 06:23, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
POV tag
[edit]This article isn't even close to neutral. The title itself is questionable, and the titles of sections are very much not neutral. The purpose of Wikipedia is not to unveil hidden Truths, but to repeat what reliable sources say. I'm going to check now and see if any of the sources even use the term "fratricide". Qwyrxian (talk) 13:48, 21 February 2011 (UTC)
- I see that fratricide can be used in friendly fire incidents, per wiktionary; I guess that is alright. I've pulled out some of the POV language, but I think more should go; I'll leave the tag for now. Also, a lot of the links are dead; ideally, they should be replaced with archive copies or alternative articles. I left the links in for now and just tagged them. Infobox
[edit]There's a dispute about weather this article's infobox, {{Infobox military conflict}}, is appropriate for friendly fire incidents at Template talk:Infobox military conflict#Should this be used in Friendly fire incidents?. Emmette Hernandez Coleman (talk) 02:45, 14 October 2012 (UTC)
