Handeni Town Council → Handeni – The article is about the town as a population centre, not specifically its administrative body. Handeni currently redirects to Handeni District which is composed of the rural areas surrounding the town of Handeni, and is governed by a separate district council which should not be considered the primary topic of the word. Object to speedy move This is a change in the primary topic. The current target redirects to a different topic, which isn't a stub, unlike this article. This should be discussed, as the stub is not distinctly about the population centre, since it is such a short stub, it can be specifically the administrative body. Perhaps a new article "Handeni" could also be created overviewing the regional history instead of specifically the governments. -- 70.51.201.106 (talk) 08:26, 11 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not aware of any reliable sources capable of establishing the notability of Handeni's Town Council. Just to put this discussion in context, we have no articles on any district-level council in Tanzania, not even for any of Dar es Salaam's municipal councils.
