Article name[edit]
This article should be moved to his regular name, Franklin Phillips (shouldn't be a redlink in any case) or the initialed Franklin J. Phillips (which is a redirect here), rather than his brief nom de guerre. Especially since the Medal of Honor citation was reissued in that Phillips name, and the ship named after him was also renamed to his normal name. Gene Nygaard (talk) 20:27, 22 December 2007 (UTC)
