There were other crusader hautes cours in places like Acre, Tyre, Nablus, etc, although they all used the Assizes of Jerusalem...and I suppose any French place with a high court might have called it a "haute cour". (Incidentally, now that I know far more about this topic than I did when I created it, the article really needs a rewrite. Someday, like everything else...)
