Presence of "Enemies of the Internet" suggests existence of friends

If Internet has enemies it must has friends, for example, countries that have not been using any filtering software, have not been spying on its own citizens or citizens of other countries. Is that possible? Or Internet has no friends at all?

The title is misleading

It should be "Internet filtering", because both uk and usa censor and surveille their populations on the Internet. 79.166.13.162 (talk) 18:02, 26 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
