The result of the move request was: moved. Enough sources demonstrating a switch to the "JT" spelling were found for us to follow suit. (closed by non-admin page mover)Ceso femmuin mbolgaig mbung, mellohi! (投稿) 20:59, 5 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Necrothesp: If we were to conform to our house style, shouldn't the initials be spaced per MOS:SPACEINITS? Graham (talk) 23:13, 29 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
They should indeed. I hadn't actually noticed they weren't. -- Necrothesp (talk) 09:12, 30 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Orthography note

[edit]

In case the topic of "JT" vs "J T" vs "J.T." vs "J. T." comes up again, I'll preemptively share the Language Log post that shows the AP and other styles respecting variant name orthography preferences. (As much as you or I may think a great deal of it is just blatant pretentiousness, unless it's what you grew up using.) SamuelRiv (talk) 20:12, 24 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
