Renaming
[edit]I would like to change the name the Japanese People's Antiwar Alliance, to the Japanese People's antiwar league because JPAL appears more common. So does the antiwar league. I will be changing it, but if anyone has any objections, feel free to change the new title to the new one. I will keep the JPAA on the article, but not as the title. (Greg723 (talk) 05:36, 7 February 2014 (UTC))
Due to the many names of the jpaa
[edit]Due to the abbreviations of the JPAA and the many translations of the Nihonjin Hansen Domei, I decided to change the abreviations of JPAA to Hansen Dōmei, due to the Nihonjin Hansen Domei's many translations. Hansen Domei even tranlates to anti-war league.
I changed the named
[edit]Discuss whether I should do the same to other pages. If Hansen Dōmei in the end appears it doesn't go well, plese, here is the old abbreviation to revert it. JPAA(Greg723 (talk) 21:40, 8 February 2014 (UTC)).
==I will be changing the name of the article from JPAA to the Anti-war League due to the Anti-War league being a more common name. I have already changed the JPAA to JPEL and well be changing the JPEL. Its due to being the Anti-War League being more common. If there is any objects, please let me know. (Greg723 (talk) 22:31, 8 February 2014 (UTC)).
I took out translations of Hansen Domei
[edit]Only kept Anti-War league because thats what Hansen Domei translates to. But I still kept the translations if anyone finds them neccesary. Japanese People's Anti-war Alliance, or the Japanese People's Anti-War League, The Japanese Soldiers' Antiwar League, the Antiwar League, or the Anti-war alliance of Japanese People(Greg723 (talk) 22:48, 8 February 2014 (UTC)).
changed article name to Hansen Dōmei
[edit]Due to the many english translations of the name. (Greg723 (talk) 23:43, 8 February 2014 (UTC)).
Look I have been picky with the article names
[edit]I wish to revert the name back to Japanese People's Anti-war Alliance, but I can't. I would like to request the article name to revert it the article name back to the old name, but i need an administrator. (Greg723 (talk) 22:56, 9 February 2014 (UTC)).
Technical requests
[edit]- Japanese People's Anti-War League → Japanese People's Anti-war Alliance (move (@subpage)) – I would like to revert the article name back to its original name Greg723 (talk) 23:02, 9 February 2014 (UTC) (Greg723 (talk) 23:02, 9 February 2014 (UTC)).
Requested move
[edit]- The following discussion is an archived discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review. No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the move request was: rename. This is an uncontroversial technical request by an editor to revert his own recent move of a page. Any further proposals to move to a different title should be made in a new discussion.

Japanese People's Anti-War League → Japanese People's Anti-war Alliance – The new name was the original name of the article. i though I could just revert the names as much as I want, but I was wrong. I was testing it out. Look, I need an administrator who can revert my article name changes. Greg723 (talk) 01:41, 10 February 2014 (UTC)
