Species delinking

[edit]

OK, this article is about one second away from me protecting it. There are 17 species articles in Category:Serviceberry, and this article should be linking to every one of them. If, as has been suggested, some of the taxa are bogus, then the articles should be taken of first, not just orphaned from here. Stan (talk) 13:54, 14 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

ext ref

[edit]

the newly added external reference has a picture of the fruit, which would be good to add to this article if the photo rights can be cleared. Edward Vielmetti (talk) 00:00, 13 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Southern Canada?

[edit]

I'm going to change "southern Canada" to Canada. The Canadian Wildlife Federation website says it grows throughout Canada, and the term "southern Canada" is vague. In Canada we talk about the South, but that just means pretty well anywhere you can get to by road. I assume what is meant is that it grows south of a specific latitude; if the latitude could be specified that would be ideal. John FitzGerald (talk)

Further research found that it grows in Alaska and in the Maritimes, so I suspect the distribution in Canada is broader than just in the South. John FitzGerald (talk)
