I've pasted over the OTRS ticket mentioned in the draft submission. Much of this page's content was taken wholesale from [1]. This isn't an issue per se, but the article needs to be reworked heavily. It's way too complicated for our average reader. However, I went ahead and published anyway because the concept is clearly noteworthy to a scholarly audience and would likely be covered in a specialized encyclopedia.
