WP:DEPRODding article; not a WP:BLP so there are less ethical concerns here; preliminary research seems to suggest that this person drove for a works team in the Indy 500 and a Grande Épreuve, so it is quite reasonable to expect that they were quite notable in the 1920s even if there's sparse information about them online today
