AFAICT from what I read, this is really just an oddly specific way of aggregating many people's preferences into a specific choice, and has little or nothing to do with mathematics proper, so I gave it Low-importance. I also added business, systems, and philosophy templates (taken from Multiple-criteria decision analysis and Decision-making), but didn't rate for importance since I don't know about these.
