A Bamako, les travaux coûteront 1 106 820 081 FCFA. Pour un coût global de 581 879 259 Fcfa, le camp de Ségou sera doté d’un célibaterium de 30 places pour le personnel féminin, un célibaterium de 20 places pour sous-officiers, un mur de clôture, deux blocs de toilettes et un mur de clôture de l’Ecole des sous-officiers de Banankoro. A Sévaré, ce sont le camp de l’armée de terre et la base 102 de l’armée de l’air qui seront concernés. "
