In November 2023, the allegations of abuse made against Octavian were dropped due to insufficient evidence following a three-year investigation by both the Metropolitan Police Service and Crown Prosecution service. No legal proceedings were taken against Octavian.[13]
An official public statement read: “This decision results from a thorough and impartial review of the collected evidence, which did not support the allegations justifying such proceedings, after a rigorous three-year investigation reflecting the judicial authorities’ commitment to ensuring a fair and transparent process.”[14]

The abuse allegations from his ex partner were later dropped due to lack of evidence but it impacted his career heavily, although he is now in the studio making more music and will hopefully bounce back and make up for lost time.[1] 2A00:23C6:73B0:E201:18AD:3595:9F68:5FC (talk) 17:47, 13 August 2024 (UTC)
