Upcoming book on Orlando Poe

[edit]

One of our editors removing the following with the remark that it was "a commercial for an unpblished book.

  • Taylor, Paul, "Orlando M. Poe: Sherman's Right Hand Man" in North & South, vol. 10, no. 6 (June 2008).

The fact that the book was being printed seemed worth reporting. I am informed that the book will be out in October or November. It wasn't a commercial, but was set forth as a fact. I'll be back and give you more facts. 7&6=thirteen (talk) 19:16, 25 August 2009 (UTC) Stan[reply]

That was more in the nature of a precis of an upcoming book.
To follow up, here would be the "Commercial" Paul R. Taylor, Orlando Poe book.
I don't see the basis for the objection and removal. But I'm prepared to be educated. 7&6=thirteen (talk) 19:20, 25 August 2009 (UTC) Stan[reply]

Beaver County

[edit]

There is no Beaver County, Ohio. I assume Beaver County, Pennsylvania is meant. EricWR (talk) 00:07, 21 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
