Peer-Review

Your page looks great overall! It was very easy to follow and used appropriate level language. One suggestion I have is to consider placing the "History" section as the very first heading/portion of the article, right before pathophysiology. It seemed out of place when it appeared at the end. I think putting it first would also be a good transition into the pathophysiology section since you also mention how only animal studies have been done.
