Criteria for main candidates[edit]

Currently the criteria is "Candidates included in this section have received more than 5% in approval ratings in the last national poll.[2]", but Alan Garcia actually received less than 5% in the last national poll, should he then be removed? It seems the latest poll is a precarious criteria and some sort of average would be preferable.--Batmacumba (talk) 11:40, 3 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
