Religion

Did the French ever force her or her son Pomare V to convert to Catholicism?--KAVEBEAR (talk) 06:29, 4 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Children

[edit]

I can't find any credible source for her last son Tevahitua or that her second born was named Henry. Henry might be named for Henry Nott and Tevahitua for Amo, the husband of Purea. And Prince Ariʻiaue's birthdates are confusing with some sources saying he was born in 1835 or that he died in 1856 instead. A child was born to the Queen when the French came in 1838, so that must be Ariʻiaue. --KAVEBEAR (talk) 10:22, 5 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

A Hawaiian newspaper mentioned a sixth son born in 1852 who died young. I am guessing this is Tevahitua.--KAVEBEAR (talk) 09:19, 2 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
