Lead section
[edit]I'm doing some of my first edits and I tried to fix the lead section. Would like to get feedback and/or go-ahead to remove the infobox. thanks.— Preceding unsigned comment added by PraiseVivec (talk • contribs) 13:30, October 29, 2018 (UTC)
- @PraiseVivec: Hi there. That's a really good job on that lead. I just copy edited it a little. It's so good it makes me think it should be its own "Overview" subsection, and then the lead resummarized from that! Seriously. Because the purpose of a lead is to summarize the body, so much that it doesn't even require citations; whereas some of this stuff is actually absent from the body. Maybe that's not necessary but you're deep into it and I'm just scanning, so I'll defer that to you. Did you just now write all this originally? Good job. And...what? Remove the infobox? What are you talking about? Of course we're not removing a valid infobox. — Smuckola(talk) 19:45, 29 October 2018 (UTC)
- @Smuckola: Thanks for the feedback. And about the infobox...sorry, I'm still figuring out the terminology. I was referring to the box at the top of the page that signaled the lack of a proper lead. For some reason I thought that was called an infobox. Sorry for the confusion. Also, I tried to write in the lead all the info someone who would want to read up on the series in 60 seconds or less would need. The port history is confusing particularly confusing for this series (two main games, but close to a dozen named entries in the series) so that's why I tried to cram as much info in the lead as possible.

, like it says under the edit window. Yeah after I said that, I wondered if you meant the warning box. Yeah I removed the warning template because you blew it up. ;) Yeah so it's really good. On another note, I wish the "Games" section was not written as a bulleted list. It's tacky and bad form to write body prose as a list. That's the kind of thing that I laboriously rewrite or reformat, but I'm not messing with that at the moment. — Smuckola(talk) 20:25, 29 October 2018 (UTC)

- @Smuckola: Thanks for the signature tip! Also, the way the Games section looks also bugs me, but I'm not sure what other format would look best. If you're able to give me any ideas on that, I can try and do it. PraiseVivec (talk) 22:07, 29 October 2018 (UTC)
Gameplay
[edit]I would like to know why other video game articles on wiki don't have the same guide book/Trivia info that this page is being allowed to have?
- It doesnt. I guess youre looking at a different article. — Smuckola(talk) 17:03, 22 June 2019 (UTC)
Daphne
[edit]- The Daphne page should be restored. There are enough sources.
