On 23 August 2021, it was proposed that this article be moved from RENFE Class 120 / 121 to Renfe Class 120 / 121. The result of the discussion was moved.

Class 121 order

'Sepia' name is not found in any working references

I suggest that the name 'Sepia' be removed from this article and from any incoming redirects. See for instance the DAB page for Sepia which has the line "Sepia, a nickname of Renfe Class 120 / 121, electric trains used in Spain." No documentation appears to survive for the name Sepia applied to trains. If it was actually a temporary marketing term used for this train in the early 2000s it is gone now.
