Order / wording of first paragraphs in Ukraine_scandal section

The first paragraph starts off with mentioning "the contract" without any context. Which contract? It seems like the paragraph just addresses things in the wrong order... so maybe the first sentence(s) should just be moved/integrated later into that paragraph? —Mrand ^{Talk • C} 15:11, 16 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Missing critical information

Rick Perry was central to the Trump administrations plot to use fake electors to overturn a democrat election, he is referenced many times in media sources as well as obviously in the wikipedia entry on the topic, but his page here has been scrubbed clean of any references and then locked to avoid anyone adding anything about the former governor's attempt to overthrow democracy in the US.
