For example in your first and only edit that took place at 23:55, monday the 23 February 2009 you removed the Ruy Barbosa famous quotation that I have inserted the 30th of November 2008 at 13:54:
The worst of democracies is preferable by far to the best of dictatorships

Plus you have
- changed (...) minister of finances and taxation (...) into (...) Minister of Finance (...) (the bold is mine) and
- changed peace conference into Peace Conference (the bold is mine).
