impenetrable jargon
[edit]..."a contact metamorphosed terrigenous volcanogenic manganese deposit, which is to say..." Complete the sentence with a normal, well-prepared general reader clearly in mind, and the article will be rendered more acceptable in a general encyclopedia.--Wetman (talk) 00:53, 25 July 2012 (UTC).
- Rejigged that sentence a bit. Vsmith (talk) 02:42, 25 July 2012 (UTC)
What is a type material?
[edit]The article says the type material is in D.C., but it doesn't define what that is. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.46.28.244 (talk) 01:09, 25 July 2012 (UTC)

[edit]I see that the article title uses the accent, but I have to question whether this is truly the most common form used in English as English tends to drop off accents. Rreagan007 (talk) 02:53, 25 July 2012 (UTC)
- On page 9 of this set of guidelines by the IMA, retention of diacritical marks is preferred. Chris857 (talk) 03:07, 25 July 2012 (UTC)
Renamed (moved) per IMA. Vsmith (talk) 03:16, 8 March 2016 (UTC)
