Surely this can fit in the main Solange article. It's nothing but two albums in a table. - eo (talk) 20:05, 15 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Content dispute

[edit]

There is an ongoing, disruptive content dispute between User:Dt128 and User:Lovejonesfly. I have reverted to the most recent undisputed version, which may be considered wrong by both editors and have locked the article for 1 week to prevent further disruption. Please take that time to discuss the issue and reach a consensus. Papa November (talk) 11:18, 5 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I don't care about the page, so I am removing my name. Lovejonesfly (talk) 22:23, 6 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The saddest thing is that neither party really has it right: the reference for each figure should be next to each figure. This practice of ganging up thirty references next to a column header may look prettier, but it makes verification a bitch and makes it much easier for vandalism to go unnoticed. The version with the source per chart is better, but still not right.—Kww(talk) 22:32, 6 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

No, the saddest thing is that your still talking about it when the discussion has already closed. Also please refrain from using profanty. Discuss the matter like an adult, not an sassy teenager. Lovejonesfly (talk) 00:10, 7 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I understand that the issue has you a bit upset Lovejonesfly, but you really need to stop jumping on everyone who comments about the article. Even if you've decided you no longer want to work on this particular article, Kww's comments will be helpful for anyone else who wants to make some improvements. No, I'm not jumping on everyone Shell Kinney. I'm stating profanity doesn't have to be used, especially with something that has already been discussed. Lovejonesfly (talk) 03:06, 7 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Can you point me at this discussion?—Kww(talk) 03:10, 7 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Discussed in the category named after me, were I told them I don't care[1] and then on Dt128's talk page were is quick to complain about the changes.[2] and [3]. I also archived it to be saved for later as proof.[4] Lovejonesfly (talk) 03:17, 7 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Well, I can see that no one actually managed to discuss the changes ... you all got sidetracked by the discussion of edit-warring and who had the right to do what. I'll reiterate my previous stance: references belong immediately next to the figures: not the column headers, and not the table headers. The purpose of references is to make individual figures easy to verify.—Kww(talk) 03:37, 7 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Well, it was discussed in the links above. But in another conversation, they keep sending messages about the page, and told "enough". I don't care what they do the page. Now, if I cared about the page like I did two months ago, then I would open suggestions on what to do. Lovejonesfly (talk) 14:00, 7 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Just a note, the references do go in the charts columns, as you will see on any featured list discography. Dt128 15:39, 10 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Solange Knowles discography. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether.
