Turn-based?

[edit]

Is this game turn-based or real-time? SharkD 01:22, 12 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This response is kind of late, but the "Super" mode is turn-based as well as real-time. Maneuvering on the map and picking a target is done in a turn-based fashion. When dueling another ship or sub, the weapons are aimed and fired manually in real-time. Cruise missiles are also available, but those are fire and forget weapons (no "duel" occurs). --UnneededAplomb (talk) 05:28, 27 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Turns out I was wrong about the cruise missiles; they have to be steered. --UnneededAplomb (talk) 07:54, 27 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
