Endocrinologist?

From the article, it seems like she has a B.Sc in Zoology from KCL. I understand she made many contributions to endocrinology, but how could she be an endocrinologist without a medical degree (or even an advanced degree)?[1] 173.92.170.180 (talk) 00:16, 5 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The section "who was one of the recipients of the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 1950 for similar work on cortisol. The discovery was published in Nature in a paper, "Isolation of a highly active mineralocorticoid from beef adrenal extract" in 1952." needs an inline citation.
