I find these sentences confusing:

According to the Gyuha chongse, the ratio between milk and muri which refers to deposits after soaked rice is grounded with a millstone and filtered with a sieve[6], is 1:0.8. The ratio of the ingredients could be adjustable but the amount of milk should not exceed that of muri.[1]

in the example there is more milk than muri, but

the next sentence says there is more muri than milk.

Nakso[edit]

Nakso or naksu made from tarak seems to be "cheese" rather than "ghee", according to the "nakso" entry in the Standard Korean Language Dictionary, which defines the word as a synonym of "casein". --Comedorinha (talk) 08:02, 31 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
