Help

[edit]

This topic is obviously notable (see Charles Dickens, for example, for why). The topic may already be covered elsewhere, in which case a redirect may be appropriate, or there may be bits and pieces around. But someone who is familiar with the subject should take a look. Would this do better converted/moved to List of Victorian era magazines? What little this Article presents, could be the Lede. Victorian magazines would become a Redir to the List Article then. Exit2DOS2000TC 10:01, 7 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
My view is that an article is needed explaining the role of magazines / periodicals in Victorian culture, society, and literature, and that such an article is not beyond reach of this community (though it is well beyond my capabilities). I list does not capture the significance. Bongomatic 11:03, 7 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Sounds like an intresting Article. I would still think that a List would be a good precursor for such an Article. But thats up to you ;) Exit2DOS2000TC 12:22, 7 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I agree with Exit2DOS2000, in fact I have such a list available, just need to type it in which is no small job, but it would be a useful resource to build Categories, articles needing creation, and a survey article like this one. Green Cardamom (talk) 01:19, 25 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
