As a tour guide

[edit]

Hello all,

I've been a tour guide on the Irvin for the last four years, so that's where I've been getting all this information from. I'm pretty busy at school, so I'm trying to add a little bit every day. Does anyone know how to cite personal or professional experience? Because I'm not getting this info from a web page; this is coming from a script and several years of experience.

I'll try to get a bunch of pictures up as soon as I can. If I can't get them this year, I'll wait until summer so I can go myself into the engine room, boiler room, guest and crew's quarters, pilothouse, tunnels, etc.

Thanks! --Erik

Lot of great information here, but presented in a very non-encyclopedia language. Thanks for the excellent data. Please try to make it a bit less theatrical.

Assessment

[edit]

I assessed this article as Start class because it only has 1 reference, and only a handful of internal links. It could also use a photo or two. If she's a museum ship, it should be no problem for someone nearby to get some photos of her. I think the "B" rating from WP:minnesota is a bit generous for the article's current status. I love ships, especially bulk, but I don’t think it ever says how many people it can hold, I looked it up and it holds 32 people. Just a random thing to think about. 107.123.1.40 (talk) 23:59, 17 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
