  • Article is new enough, long enough, well-sourced, well-written, and with no copyvio/plagiarism/close paraphrasing issues. Hook is cited and doesn't appear to have any issues; both hooks are very interesting and I can't decide which one I like better, so I believe I'll leave that decision to the promoter.
