Andrey Maksimovic Smagin (Russian: Андрей Максимович Смагин; born 3 January 2001, Moscow) is a young Russian parliamentarian[1][2], public figure, activist of the Liberal Democratic Party and Great Fatherland Party.
Biography[edit]
Born on January 3, 2001 in Moscow. September 26, 2016 became an activist of a political party the Liberal Democratic Party. In October 2016 he was present at the round table in the State Duma with the LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky. In January 2017 he became a reservist Youth Chamber Perovo district and a supporter of a political party defense. Actively involved in public activities, visited the event in public wards, for example in the State Duma and the Moscow City Duma. Repeatedly proposed to the State Duma to make new laws. Engaged in social work in his native district of Perovo, attends district board Perovo. In mid-January 2017, together with the Chairman of the Chamber of Perovo Denis Aksenov was present in the Moscow City Duma on the exhibition devoted to protected areas of the capital Moscow, Russia[3][4] At this point, lives in Moscow.
The proposed bills[edit]
Andrei Smagin participated in drafting a number of bills, the brought to the State Duma:
- Reduction of age from 18 to 16 years
- Permission to join the political party with 16 years
- Increase wages wipers
His first proposed bills Andrew October 31 2016 and State Duma Deputy Vasily Vlasov. In his address to the deputy, activist suggested to lower the age of majority in the Russian Federation from 18 to 16 years, to raise wages wipers and allow to join political parties from 16 years. Bill about joining the party 16 years are most interested in the MP than others. So, after 3 months, in January 2017 Vasily Vlasov with other deputies from the Liberal Democratic Party have zakopnoproekt to permit entry into the political parties with the age of sixteen[5][6]
