Hello. I'm James W. Rosenzweig, and I became an contributor to Wikipedia in June of 2003, having used it as an reference tool for some months prior. In case it is of relevance, I am an administrator, and have been since September of 2003. If that means I can help you, please let me know here. I was a bureaucrat from June 2004 until December 2015, but never a terribly active one: I'm happy to chat about it, if anyone is curious, but I'd recommend talking to current or at least more recently active folk for better information. I was once an elected member of the Arbitration Committee (8/04-12/04); I was also a member of the Mediation Committee from February-December 2005 (and served very briefly as its chair from February until April of that year).
