From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hi there! I am a Masters of Information student at the University of Toronto studying Library and Information Science. I got started with Wikipedia from taking Dr. Stacy Allison-Cassin's course, INF1005 Knowledge Organization, Equity, and Justice. For our class project, we participated in the University's editathon for Black Lives Month. Lately, I wrote an article about Charles Daniels, the earliest known civil rights activist in Western Canada. In 1914, he sued a Calgary theatre for discrimination when they refused his ticket because he was black.
