This user account is a botoperated by X! (talk).It is used to make repetitive automated or semi-automated edits that would be extremely tedious to do manually, in accordance with the bot policy. This bot does not yet have the approval of the community, or approval has been withdrawn or expired, and therefore shouldn't be making edits that appear to be unassisted except in the operator's or its own user and user talk space. Clone of HBC AIV helperbot. Monitors WP:AIV and checks if reported users are blocked. If a user is blocked the bot will remove the entry with an edit summary explaining why, for how long, what type of block, and how many remaining reports are left. The bot also has several other, related tasks:
Combine multiple entries for the same user/IP address
Add and remove the {{adminbacklog}} template as needed
