Request reason:

Caught by a web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 37.228.231.144. I turned on TunnelBear so I could obtain a reference from a US news site that is blocked off to non-US users - and as soon as I had obtained that reference I switched TunnelBear off again. Yet I am still getting the message "Editing from 198.199.64.0/18 has been blocked (disabled) ... The IP address that you are currently using has been blocked because it is believed to be a web host provider." What's going on here? 37.228.231.144 (talk) 15:11, 29 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

This IP address is not blocked. Please wait 24 hours after disabling your VPN; the block should clear up for you within that time. Yamla (talk) 15:20, 29 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
