Request reason:

Please may you unblock this. I am not asking specifically for that to happen. What I actually want is for the talk page at user talk:dannyboy1209 to be given back to its owner. While I may be accused of sockery, I am more concerned about talk page access. With this back, I will no longer have to sock, as I feel that I can just make my unblock requests there. I can also use it to do an adoption course, either with Ryan Vessey, or with someone else. So, please look in to your heart and give back the talk page, so that I do not have to continue to use ips or use utrs (unblock ticket request system). 92.0.102.253 (talk) 18:25, 25 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Do you not realize that everytime you use IPs to evade your block any potential standard offer gets reset? You have exhausted your options to contest the block both on your talk page and via UTRS - your final resort is to email the Ban Appeals Sub-Committee. If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
