note[edit]

I like the introduction section. I think you do a good job of explaining what your topic is. You can add subheadings using one of the dropdown menus in your tool bar. I think the history section is helpful for showing how this is a relatively new field but also how its expanded since its start. Definitely need more info about Neuropathology, do you have sources for that section? The microbiome section is interesting, but I feel like there may be more examples than the GABA one? Suggestion on writing style[edit]

Great start here. Rather than write text like, "a study published in 2004 reported alterations in the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) system in mice that were born and raised in a sterile environment." I recommend writing something more like, "Mice that are bred and raised in a sterile environment have alterations in the HPA axis that can be linked to their microbiome. ^ref" (with the acronym written out, of course.) Read through a couple of well-developed pages to get this encyclopedia-like writing in your head when you start working on this again. Make sure to focus on the neuro side of neuromicrobiology for this course. ProfJRL (talk) 22:14, 23 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
