Moved to Draft[edit]

The NICOMEDES page is not ready for the encyclopedia, but rather than delete it I have moved it to Draft:NICOMEDES program of Bacarra where you can work on it. It needs references, for two reasons:

To verify what it says. The Wikipedia:Verifiability policy requires that "any material challenged or likely to be challenged must be attributed to a reliable, published source". Any statements for which you cannot provide a reference to a reliable source need to be removed. "It has become a common knowledge and observation that... " is not enough.
To establish Wikipedia:Notability, the test used to decide whether a subject is suitable for an article. That is not a matter of opinion but has to be demonstrated by references showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." Significant means more than just listing-type mentions; reliable excludes Youtube, Facebook, blogs, places where anyone can post anything; independent excludes the subject's own website, affiliated ones and anything based on press releases. The test is, have people not connected with the subject thought it significant enough to write substantial comment about? See also Wikipedia:Notability (summary).
