Removing Prod blp templates

[edit]

Hello, I'm Ushau97. I noticed that you removed a Biographies of Living Persons PROD, from Esmail Sedigh, and I wanted to let you know that I have replaced it. Please don't remove these Biographies of Living Persons PRODs from articles unless they contain at least one reliable source or were created before 18 March 2010. If you oppose the deletion of an article under this process, please consider adding reliable sources to the article or commenting at the respective talk page. Thank you.

Infobox parameters

[edit]

Hello. Just to tell you that the |nationalteam-update= parameter in the footballer infobox is for the date the player's national team statistics are updated to. It isn't for the name of the country, like you used it for at Javier Patiño. cheers, Struway2 (talk) 19:32, 15 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Biographies of Living Persons

[edit]

Stop with your creation of BLP after BLP when there aren't even any references. Some of which aren't even notable!!! Banana Fingers (talk) 20:55, 28 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Your addition to Juan Cutillas has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. If you are the copyright holder, please read Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for more information on uploading your material to Wikipedia. For legal reasons, Wikipedia cannot accept copyrighted text, or images borrowed from other websites, or printed material without a verifiable license; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of article content, such as sentences or images—you must write using your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

Please understand we aren't allowed to just copy stuff from the internet, like you did with this piece here. It doesn't belong to us. If you want to use information from the internet, or a book, or a newspaper, to create or improve an article here, then please take the useful facts and rewrite them in your own words. Thank you. Struway2 (talk) 10:24, 1 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

And again... The words you added are copyright to ABC Development Corporation, as it says at the bottom of the webpage where it was first published. That means that ABC Development Corporation and the original author own the words. They have not authorised Wikipedia to copy them, so for legal reasons, we are not allowed to do so. Please don't add this content back into the article. Thank you for your understanding. Struway2 (talk) 15:17, 1 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I've removed the copyvio yet again, but added a link to the interview in the references section, so the article won't be deleted by the BLP-prod. Please DON'T copy the words back in to the article again. If you want to use the information, please write it in your own words. Struway2 (talk) 18:07, 12 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Izzeldin El Habbib, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Sir Sputnik (talk) 19:14, 21 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
