Argyropoulos and Leonardo

[edit]

I added a brief reference to him under the section on Leonardo's Florence, along with Cristoforo Landini, Marsilio Ficino etc.. There is just no room in that article for a detailed discussion of all the philosophical influences on Leonardo and whose lectures he might have attended. Since Argy was in Florence for about 10 years and was an associate of the Medici, they would have come in contact. Not that Leo hung around with Lorenzo very much.... and I can understand why... Anyway, philosophy really wasn't Leo's strong point. He was too busy investigating the material world.
