John Cynn

[edit]

Hi. Do not overwrite articles with unrelated subjects. It is considered vandalism.

In addition, Jonn Poker is not notable enough for a Wikipedia article.

Warning icon Please refrain from hijacking pages as you did with John Cynn. Should you believe the subject you were writing about deserves an article, please use the Article Wizard, which has an option to create a draft version that you can then get feedback on. Also see Wikipedia's disambiguation guideline which indicates how to handle separate subjects with similar names. If you continue to hijack an existing article, you may be blocked from editing. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to ask me on my talk page. Thank you. —usernamekiran (talk) 22:05, 9 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Can you at least do something about the disambiguation between your person and my person. The term “poker” links to your subject but it shouldn’t when typed next to jonn. People searching for jonnpoker shouldn’t find John Cynn. Corvettocanada (talk) 00:22, 10 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames which give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, I have blocked this account; please take a moment to create a new account with a username that represents only yourself as an individual and which complies with our username policy or request a change of username.

You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose. Additionally, if your contributions to Wikipedia form all or part of work for which you are, or expect to be, paid, you must disclose who is paying you to edit.

If your username does not represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the bottom of your talk page.

You may simply create a new account, but you may prefer to change your username to one that complies with our username policy, so that your past contributions are associated with your new username. If you would prefer to change your username, you may appeal this username block by adding the text

{{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}

at the bottom of your talk page. Please note that you may only request a name that is not already in use, so please check here for a listing of already taken names.

 Thank you. kingboyk (talk) 00:34, 10 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I haven’t done anything wrong to deserve a block. I did make a mistake but I stopped as soon as I was told to stop Corvettocanada (talk) 01:21, 10 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

This is primarily a username block; please follow the instructions to propose a new username. 331dot (talk) 01:41, 10 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
